I've probably been to almost all the subways here in Buffalo over the years and this one is by far the best. To start it is one of the cleanest subways around. Yogi and his wife take great pride in what they do and keep their place tight. It's a personal experience every time you go in. The customer service is 110%. My wife and I have been going there a lot for our subs and not only do they know you by name, but most of the time they remember your order. Not to forget they have the softest cookies, like they just came out of the oven. I highly recommend this subway for someone who likes fresh food and great service!

This is for the subway in the Walmart in North Tonawanda on Niagara Falls Blvd. The manager is so nice I think he owns the franchise there. He actually took care of a salad for me and pre packaged it and makes you feel comfortable. The girl who works for him with the glasses is very nice also. Very accommodating. I live on Grand Island and I won't go to that subway I'll drive out to this one first if I want a Subway. Food is always fresh and delicious but what means the most to me is the employees are super!!!

I've been to this location multiple times and have always had great service. Until today. Everything was fine until he asked me what I wanted on my sandwich before it was even out of the oven. He was pointing at the condiments that are always put on last so I said the couple of things I wanted. That confused the hell out of him. So he takes the sandwich out of the oven and I stopped him before he could put that stuff on because I wanted my veggies first. I said lettuce and spinach to start off. He only puts spinach. I then say lettuce again as well as tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives. He looks at me like I'm an idiot and says "you just listed like 4 things and said lettuce twice but you already have spinach." I said I would like both of the greens. He looks at me stupid. So then I SLOWLY said "lettuce. Tomatoes. Cucumbers. Olives." He gets the tomatoes and then goes for a giant handful of ONIONS and throws them on there. I said "No, I said cucumbers" he looks at me and says "Uh no you definitely said onion. Are you okay cause like..." to which I replied "Yes, I'm okay. A little tired from having work all day, sorry" even though nothing was my fault. To which he smartly replies "uhm yeah so have I but seriously" as he's picking off the onions. He finally gets everything but one thing while looking at me stupidly for having multiple toppings. I didn't bother with what he missed because I had already repeated it 3 times. I work in the food business as well and know customers can be difficult but this was ridiculous.

I will never come to this Subway ever again. They have new ownership now and things are not run how a business should run. The previous owners always allowed double coupons on every order which let their customers save money. Now, I can only use one and he said he may not even honor any. There was one young girl working the food and the money while the owner sat in back. I truly felt bad for her. Plus, he wanted to changed me for hot sauce on the side instead of on my sub. Who does that?!?

If they sold potatoes, they'd be Spudway. Whereas if they had fashionable and aggressive electronic music, they'd be Dubstepway. Unfortunately, they have the most overrated sandwiches in America, instead.
If you love it then more power to you, but I find Subway sandwiches to be atrocious. Everything tastes processed. The bread is a bleached, bland non-event. The cheese is plastic. The salad is pre-frozen and you can tell. The meat is, oh don't get me started.
This Subway was the one right by my house so I used to come here all the time when I was stupid, and had awful taste, and lived with people with even more awful taste.
I can't think of many places I like less than Subway. The fact that I've eaten at this particular location probably 50 times and at Subways in general probably 150 times just makes it 250 times worse, and yes I will keep adding 100 each time I exaggerate, and I won't stop for at least 350 days or 450 weeks or 550 months or 650 years, if I live that long.
